By commissioning me, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms below}

PAYMENT & REFUNDS:
<sub>- Orders will be placed and paid for exclusively through VGen (feel free to reach out to me first if you have any questions!)
- Full, upfront payment
- All payments are final and non-refundable. Please only commission me if you are absolutely sure of it!
- If I, for various reasons, am unable to complete the commission, the order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.</sub>COMMISSION GUIDELINES:
<sub>- Please state your commission request as clearly and explicitly as possible, with reference materials for your characters and anything else of importance.
- For specific concepts, please include additional guidelines (such as character personality & backstory, mood boards, environment etc.). More details help me get as close to your vision as I can!</sub>USAGE POLICY:
<sub>- All commissions are for personal use only and may not be monetized in any way. Commercial rights may be purchased at an additional fee.
- It is strictly prohibited to use the artwork for NFTs, blockchain-related projects, cryptocurrency, AI training, machine learning, datasets, or any form of artificial intelligence and future inventions in the space.</sub>^{Commercial rights available for purchase:}
<sub>• Commercial license tier I: Monetized Digital Content - purchased separately with an additional fee of 50% of the order's total value. Grants the licensee the right to use the artwork for digital commercial purposes only, such as branding, social media posts, streaming assets, video thumbnails or digital promotional materials.
• Commercial license tier II: Merchandise - purchased separately with an additional fee of 50% of the order's total value. Grants the licensee the right to use the artwork for the creation and distribution of physical goods, such as prints, clothing or other accessories.
• Exclusivity Rights & NDA - purchased separately with an additional fee of 50% of the order's total value*. The client is granted an exclusive license to use the artwork for the purposes agreed upon. The artist retains full copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork but agrees to not display, reuse, reproduce or benefit from it in any form without the written consent of the client, except when required by law.

- Any use not explicitly permitted above is prohibited without written consent from the artist.</sub>COMMISSION PROCESS & WORKFLOW:
_{- Once you submit your request, I'll contact you to go over the details together. If your request is approved, you can make the payment and I will start working on your commission at the earliest. I'll keep you updated and consult with you during key parts of the progress, so please try to be responsive! You can ask for any revisions during the sketch phase, after that I can only make small adjustments.* Once your commission is finished, I'll wrap it up with a neat little bow and send it to you as agreed!

<sub>- I'm only able to work on commissions one at a time, so if I have any unfinished works at the time of accepting your request, you will be added to the waitlist.
- Commissions will be handled on a first come, first served basis. Urgency and strict deadlines will cost an additional rush-job fee of 50% of the order's total value.
- Delivery time is 1~4 weeks depending on complexity. Delays are unlikely, but I will notify you if any occur.</sub>DISCLAIMERS:
<sub>- All art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me. Unless exclusive rights have been purchased, I retain the rights to use my art in any way I choose, which include but is not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, modify and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
- Any violation of these terms will result in the immediate revocation of your rights to the artwork and you must cease all use of it.
- Terms are subject to change. Any changes will apply only to commissions accepted after the updated terms take effect.</sub>

What tools do you use to draw?
_{- I use an XP-Pen 22R Pro drawing tablet and Clip Studio Paint!}Do you use AI?
_{- Nope! The entire drawing process from concept to execution is done solely using my own 3 overworked braincells and trusty left hand. And of course, a little bit of inspiration from my favorite artists. ヾ(*´ ∇ `)ﾉ</sub>I don't use Discord. How else can we keep in touch?
<sub>- VGen would be the next best thing for me, but you name your pick and I'll see if I can make it work!</sub>How long will my commission take to be ready?
<sub>- From the moment I get started, it can take anywhere between several days to several weeks. I'll give you an estimate based on your request. If you're still on the waitlist, you can ask me for updates at any time and I'll let you know where I'm at. I'm very responsive so don't worry about being ghosted. (•̀ᴗ•́)و ̑</sub>Can I pay you directly through PayPal instead?
<sub>- Unfortunately no, I only take payments through VGen. It's a much safer option for both parties, and thankfully also supports PayPal payment methods. If you're new to the platform and need guidance, I'll gladly assist in any way I can. (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)</sub>I already paid for my commission, can I still cancel it?
<sub>- You can cancel and get a full refund as long as I haven't started working on it. I will always let you know exactly when I begin working on your commission, until then you're free to cancel at no cost.</sub>I changed my mind and I want a different commission. Can I still change it?
<sub>- You can let me know what you'd like instead and if it's within the limitations of your ongoing one, we can adjust it. If it requires considerable changes like adding or removing add-ons, you will have to cancel it and request a new one without losing your priority in the line. Doesn't apply to commissions that are already in the works.</sub>Can I share my commission on social media? Do I have to credit you?
<sub>- Go for it! Just keep in mind that you'll need a commercial license if your content is monetized. Credit is not mandatory if the work has my signature on it, but it's still immensely appreciated! Just don't go claiming it as your own.. （´∇｀''）</sub>I want to purchase the Tier II commercial license. Does that grant me the benefits from Tier I as well?
<sub>- Each type of license is sold separately, you'll have to purchase both if you want combined benefits.</sub>Do you take custom commission types outside of what's already listed?
